Business Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at SAP. As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives through the implementation of SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using SAP software portfolio.
- Provide expertise and recommendations on solutions to address business challenges, focusing on the SAP software portfolio and interfaces to the customers' IT architecture and landscape.
- Develop, guide, lead, and represent strategic project approaches for SAP implementations that align with clients' business objectives and requirements.
- Work closely with customer senior leadership teams and cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and ensure regulatory compliance (GxP).

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a business-related field or technical focus from an accredited university.
- Several years of experience in consulting or customer advisory roles, preferably with a focus on the Life Sciences Industry.
- End-to-end process understanding in supply chain management, logistics, and distribution, as well as broad knowledge of industry-specific requirements.
- Affinity to technical platforms and a strong understanding of concepts within cloud/hybrid architectures and corresponding further developments in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Functional and/or technical expertise on the SAP solution portfolio around SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP is highly beneficial.
The language of the role is English, and the location is flexible, with opportunities to work with customers across different regions.
