About the Role

Lumino is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to drive the sales strategy and lead their dedicated team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing both internal and external sales operations, managing key accounts, and driving strategic and operational development across the business divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 30 sales staff, including office and field personnel, to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and refine sales controlling processes in collaboration with other divisions to ensure effective sales management.
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet business objectives, aligning with the corporate strategy.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for effective sales management, including sales budgets and forecast targets.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, congresses, and industry events to promote our products and services.
  • Design, develop, and optimize processes within the area of responsibility to improve efficiency and drive business results.
  • Foster and expand existing customer relationships, with a particular focus on key accounts, to drive repeat business and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement measures to explore and capitalize on additional market potential, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage, coach, motivate, and professionally develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Successfully completed business studies and/or comparable training; extensive professional experience in sales, including key account management; and experience in project management and employee development.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, project management, and experience with key accounts in a pharmaceutical parallel import and distribution business.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop employees effectively, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Up to €130,000 base salary depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including all legal German benefits.
