Aufgaben

Wir suchen eine/n motivierte/n und proaktive/n deutschsprachige/n Vertriebsleiter/in für die Neukundenakquise zum Ausbau unseres wachsenden Kundenportfolios in der DACH-Region mit Fokus auf Konzerne, große und mittelständische Unternehmen.

Haupttätigkeit ist die Generierung neuer sowie die Bearbeitung der vorhandenen Leads und die Begleitung dieser im Verkaufsprozess bis zum Vertragsabschluss.

Qualifikation


• Erfahrung im Vertrieb für Firmenkunden; idealerweise im Medienbereich, Ambition, Ehrgeiz und Fleiß?


• Strategische Ansätze und Struktur, um neue Leads zu generieren, vorrangig per Telefon, aber auch über Online-Kanäle, Veranstaltungen und auf Messen sowie in Absprache mit unserem Marketing.


• Spaß an einem professionellen Telesales-Outbound für erklärungsbedürftige Produkte und Verkäuferisches Talent, Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit, um neue Kunden für starke Produkte zu begeistern.


• Analyse von Umsatz- und Ertragszahlen für das Kundenportfolio und Berichterstattung, sowie akkurate Datenpflege in unserem CRM-System.


• Empathie und Verständnis für Entscheider, um eine Geschäftsbeziehung anzubahnen.


• Wortgewandte Kommunikation mit Interessenten, um unsere hochwertigen Referenzen schmackhaft zu machen und mit innovativen Projekten aus dem Bereich Virtual und Augmented Reality zu überzeugen – Mal auf Deutsch, mal auf Englisch.


• Sales-getriebene Arbeitsweise und Verfolgung von Zielen.


• Transparente Arbeitsweise, Erfolge vorweisen und ergebnisorientiert.
