Your Role and Responsibilities- Design, develop, and enhance new shipping packaging solutions while refining existing concepts.
- Oversee technical collaboration on packaging projects with partners and suppliers.
- Advance and enhance our quality management processes.
- Engage in product development for various packaging types.
- Manage project timelines effectively to ensure timely delivery of developments.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and innovations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and the founding members.
- Encourage creativity and drive innovation within the team.
- A degree in Packaging Technology, Business Engineering with a specialization in packaging, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in the packaging industry.
- Proficiency in at least one CAD software relevant to packaging design.
- Understanding of recycling processes, reusable packaging systems, packaging machinery, automation, testing, and quality assurance.
- Fluency in German with strong English communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to a dynamic startup culture.
