Position Overview:
Global Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate, execute, and assess a comprehensive global social media strategy.
  • Craft tailored content, manage financial resources, and supervise agency partnerships.
  • Ensure a robust presence across various social media platforms, assist local teams, and work closely with internal departments.
  • Employ trend analysis, platform algorithms, and demographic insights to inform strategies.
  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers and partnerships to bolster brand reputation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in developing effective social media strategies within a corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, Meta Ads Manager, Facelift, Canva, and similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Analytical ability to interpret social media performance data.
