We are seeking a highly skilled Activation Manager to join our team at Avantgarde Experts GmbH. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications department, you will be responsible for planning and conducting user test meetings, creating recommendations for tool improvements, and preparing announcements and presentations on new product features.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and conduct 2-3 user test meetings to obtain approval for the predefined project scope from the Market Merchandising and Product Marketing teams
- Create recommendations for tool improvements to be integrated into Market applications based on gathered feedback
- Prepare announcements, newsletters, and presentations on new product features and present them in virtual meetings via MS Teams
- Conduct training sessions for local business units 3-4 times a week, developing and presenting training materials such as PPTs and SharePoint files
- Create communication materials like Yammer posts, GIFs, and videos to inform about new features and upcoming trainings
- Perform User Acceptance Tests (UAT), document the results, and provide regular feedback to the internal product owners
- At least three years of professional experience in project management, user testing, or tool implementation, ideally in a merchandising environment
- Strong skills in using BI tools like Power BI and experience creating presentations in PowerPoint as well as working with MS Teams and SharePoint
- A proactive and independent working style, with the ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly to various audiences
- Fluency in spoken and written English, as well as experience in stakeholder management
