Core Responsibilities:
- Perform safety inspections and assessments at operational sites
- Support incident investigations and manage safety data
- Collaborate on enhancing operational procedures and safety guidelines
- Engage in safety workshops and team meetings
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations in the field
- Lead safety training initiatives and workshops
- Develop communication materials for operational safety
- Compile reports and maintain documentation
- Technical degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the wind energy industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Vestas products is advantageous
- Proficient in English (minimum B1 level)
- Strong command of MS Office and Vestas software applications
- Valid driver's license (preferably C1E)
