About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Siegwerk Ventures GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region, leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the packaging industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus.
