Job Summary
As a Forderungsbetreuer for TEAG Thüringer Energie, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints related to the billing process. Your tasks will include identifying payment delays and defaults, negotiating and creating payment plans, and conducting telephone collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and address payment delays and defaults
- Negotiate and create payment plans with customers
- Conduct telephone collections and follow up on outstanding payments
- Explain and correct billing errors and discrepancies
- Process and manage customer insolvency cases
- Calculate and apply late payment fees
- Manage and coordinate customer service requests
- Participate in innovative projects to improve customer service and billing processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in SAP and MS-Office
- Decision-making skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of service-oriented customer management
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
