We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Practice Manager to lead our Professional Services team in Germany. As a key member of our AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch) team, you will be responsible for building and leading a practice of Professional Services Consultants working with customers and partners to sell and deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Build and lead a high-performing team of consultants with excellent sales skills, technical depth, and innovative customer relationship skills.
- Develop strategic plans to build and evolve AWS offerings and solutions, driving business development initiatives and meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and engineering teams to create cross-functional teams both internally and externally to develop strong customer and partner relationships.
- Drive AWS adoption in key markets and accounts, working closely with partner teams and AWS training and support teams to help partners and customers learn and use AWS services.
- Multiple years of progressive experience in selling and delivering professional services within the IT marketplace.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud providers models, with emphasis on building and delivering best practices.
- Proven experience building and leading teams through a career life-cycle development of growth and delivery.
- Experience managing a consulting practice or team's full profit and loss (P&L).
- Proficiency in German language.
- Deep understanding of data center, cloud computing, adoption strategy and transition challenges and experience with design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
- Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills in consulting team leader role.
- International sales and delivery experience with global F500 enterprise customers and partners.
- AWS cloud services experience and certification.
