About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MES Specialist to join our dynamic team at Skeleton Technologies. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our Opcenter MES system, ensuring alignment with industry trends and organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and customise Opcenter to meet specific manufacturing requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the existing MES team to support and communicate with internal and external stakeholders about Opcenter.
  • Assist in managing and executing Opcenter implementation projects, focusing on integration, system optimisation, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of Opcenter training programs and provide support and troubleshooting to enhance user experience.
  • Participate in shaping the organisation's digitalisation strategy, particularly in aspects related to MES and Opcenter.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of MES concepts and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in Siemens Opcenter MES, with strong skills in system configuration and customisation.
  • Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and real-time data processing.
  • Experience in system integration (ERP, SCADA & other 3rd party systems).
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required, other languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart factory initiatives would be a plus.
  • Certifications or further education in MES, industrial automation, or similar fields would be a plus.
