Mitarbeiter IT – Second Level Support (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities
  • You will oversee and modify functions of the Fabrik-IT-Leitsystem within the First-Level-Support of the Fabrik-IT-Systeme.
  • You will control the assignment of orders and status information within the Fabrik-IT.
  • You will record production information and the Störmeldesystems.
  • You will perform backups and restores of devices in production.
  • You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and upkeep of hardware and software in production modules, particularly in the field of SPS-Technik, Leitsystem, Visualisierung, and Datenbanken within the Second-Level-Support of the Fabrik-IT-Systeme.
  • You will support maintenance by analyzing errors and resolving issues within the Fabrik-IT-Systeme.
  • You will take over the optimization and conceptual development of Fabrik-IT-Standards and processes within your area of responsibility.
Your Profile
  • You hold a successfully completed degree in Automation Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • You bring in-depth knowledge of Simatic S7, TIA, MES-Leitsystem, and MSSQL databases.
  • You have experience with the commissioning of Fabrik-IT-Systeme.
  • You possess fluent German language skills in writing and speaking.
