RLE Engineering & Services GmbH is seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a Second Level Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and modify functions of the Fabrik-IT-Leitsystem in the context of First-Level-Support of the Fabrik-IT-Systeme
  • Control order assignment and status information within the Fabrik-IT
  • Record production information and the Störmeldesystems
  • Perform backups and restores of devices in production
  • Develop, maintain, and support hardware and software in production modules, particularly in the field of SPS-Technik, Leitsystem, Visualisierung, and Datenbanken in the context of Second-Level-Support of the Fabrik-IT-Systeme
  • Support maintenance in error analysis and resolve errors within the Fabrik-IT-Systeme
  • Optimize and conceptually develop Fabrik-IT-Standards and processes within the scope of the task
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in Automation Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Deep knowledge in Simatic S7, TIA, MES-Leitsystem, and MSSQL databases
  • Experience with the commissioning of Fabrik-IT-Systeme
  • Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
