# DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketingstrategie von VisualVest, abgestimmt auf die Unternehmensziele.
  • Du übernimmst die Planung, Koordination und Durchführung aller Marketing- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten, einschließlich digitaler Kanäle, Social Media, PR-Maßnahmen und der Pflege unserer Website.
  • Du bringst kreative Ideen ein und scheust dich nicht, Entscheidungen zu treffen, um innovative Ansätze zu fördern.
  • Du leitest das Marketingteam und unterstützt dessen berufliche Weiterentwicklung.
  • Du identifizierst Marketingchancen und Trends, um die Markenbekanntheit und Kundengewinnung zu steigern.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Partnern zusammen, um effektive Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
  • Du nutzt datenbasierte Marketingmethoden zur Erfolgsmessung und kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Kampagnen.
  • Du repräsentierst das Unternehmen auf verschiedenen Veranstaltungen, um die Marke VisualVest zu stärken.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Budgetplanung und die Auswahl sowie Beauftragung externer Dienstleister zur Unterstützung des Marketingteams.
# DEIN PROFIL
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise in einem innovativen Umfeld.
  • Du hast umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Teamführung oder Projektleitung.
  • Du hast eine Leidenschaft für moderne Marketingstrategien und die Fähigkeit, kreative Ideen in umsetzbare Konzepte zu verwandeln.
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um verschiedene Interessengruppen zu überzeugen.
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Marketingtools und -plattformen.
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem agilen Umfeld.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet ist von Vorteil.
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift auf hohem Niveau.
