Job Title: Quality Manager - Division Support MVD About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at Innomotics GmbH, a Siemens Business. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Medium Voltage Drives (MVD) products and services. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the global QM&PS-network and business accountable units to achieve quality business goals for MVD. * Ensure that division Instructions & Regulations are followed and regularly reviewed. * Guide and cooperate with QM responsible persons to ensure division quality targets are met. * Conduct regular quality reporting, driving KPIs relevant for the respective project phases. * Identify critical situations at an early stage and drive quality matters. * Conduct internal audits and assessments, including preparation, definition, and follow-up of measures. * Participate in external audits, such as ISO 9001. * Prepare and conduct management reviews for the division. Requirements: * Master's/University degree in electronics. * Long-term professional experience in quality or quality-related functions related to technology. * Proficiency in quality methods of risk analysis and quality planning. * High level of technical expertise with the functionality of electric inverters and manufacturing and assembly technologies. * Strong communication skills in German and English. * Analytical skills, teamwork, and assertiveness. * Result-oriented way of working with a pronounced quality and customer orientation.
