Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Senior to lead our Solar, Battery & Agri PV projects. The successful candidate will ensure successful project completion within budget, timeframe, and quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Effectively manage a team of project resources, including engineers, quality managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Implement and enforce HSQE standards throughout all project phases.
  • Contribute to the creation of project tender information and develop specifications for subcontractor agreements.
  • Generate progress reports and manage project budget reporting.
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential risks impacting budget, schedule, or quality.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Industrial preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar project or construction management roles.

Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and processes is required. Prior experience in Renewable & Traditional EPC projects is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of financial principles and proficiency in MS Office products, particularly MS Project, are essential.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are required. Fluency in German is a valuable asset.
