Key Responsibilities

The Director of Managed Service Partnerships for the EMEA region will spearhead the development of a robust Managed Service Provider (MSP) business and channel partner strategy. This pivotal role, reporting to the EMEA Channel Director and with a dotted line to the EMEA President, is essential for fostering strategic expansion through MSPs across the EMEA landscape.

Core responsibilities encompass:

  • Designing, establishing, and promoting a leading MSP partner initiative to open new market avenues via a diverse array of Managed Service Providers.
  • Defining and categorizing peer groups and sub-groups throughout the EMEA region to unlock strategic market access at scale.
  • Identifying priority MSPs to cultivate scalable and sustainable long-term business relationships.
  • Recognizing key MSP-focused distribution partners to facilitate high-volume, low-touch business opportunities.
  • Overseeing EMEA go-to-market execution and articulating the partner journey to accelerate the growth of TeamViewer's MSP operations.
  • Maintaining and delivering an accurate sales pipeline through a disciplined schedule of weekly and monthly sales forecasts, alongside quarterly business reviews.
  • Surpassing anticipated revenue targets through MSP partnerships.
  • Leading the development of scalable internal sales training programs to enhance TeamViewer's sales team's proficiency in managed service sales, utilizing corporate platforms.
  • Encouraging standardization among MSPs on TeamViewer's SaaS offerings and collaborating with product management to define a scalable service roadmap.
  • Building successful relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborating with EMEA channel marketing to ensure a consistent rhythm as part of the annual channel marketing strategy.
  • Working closely with internal product management and marketing teams to act on consolidated sales and partner feedback, continually refining TeamViewer's MSP pricing strategy and value proposition.
  • Partnering with global sales operations to enhance CRM systems tailored to a multi-tier managed service sales approach.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in driving growth within MSP channels in the SaaS or Security sectors.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading strategic initiatives across the EMEA region and beyond.
  • Proven experience in building, leading, and managing high-performing hybrid MSP business units.
  • A demonstrated history of exceeding hybrid sales targets within a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
  • A creative mindset with a strong inclination for problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the capacity to adapt communication across various teams and seniority levels.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities, capable of engaging and influencing at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in collaborating across multiple functions and leading complex initiatives.
  • Adept at analyzing emerging trends and identifying opportunities for incremental revenue growth.
  • Comfortable working independently as part of a highly matrixed virtual team and leading by example.
