About the Role
As a key member of our Financial Oversight and Regulatory Office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate provision of regulatory reports for 360 FIL Fondsbank Germany. Your expertise in regulatory reporting will be instrumental in identifying and processing necessary requirements and data, ensuring compliance with German regulatory reporting rules (KWG, HGB, GmbHG) and CRR, EBA COREP and FINREP requirements.
About Your Responsibilities
- Develop a sound understanding of the bank's business model and the key factors influencing the regulatory reporting environment.
- Timely and independent preparation of regulatory reports, including necessary reconciliations and cross-checks, as well as provision of data for internal reports.
- Reporting on risk-bearing capacity: analyzing and preparing all data required for the bank's risk-bearing capacity reporting in close coordination with risk management.
- Analyzing new reporting requirements with an impact on our business.
- Supporting projects for the implementation of regulatory, systemic, or product-related changes.
- Reviewing and testing new versions of the regulatory reporting tool and documenting the implementation.
About You
- University degree in economics, finance, law, mathematics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in regulatory reporting in the banking, financial services, or auditing environment.
- Good knowledge of German regulatory reporting rules (KWG, HGB, GmbHG) and CRR, EBA COREP and FINREP requirements.
- Knowledge of the regulatory reporting systems ABACUS is very helpful.
- An understanding of accounting in accordance with German GAAP, including its impact on the reporting system.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to find pragmatic but correct solutions.
- Dedicated to accuracy and quality, with attention to detail, self-motivated, and proactive, analytical ability, and able to prioritize in a multi-task environment.
- Ability to present complex issues and their results in a clear and understandable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously develop your own technical, commercial, and personal skills.
- Fluent German in written and spoken and conversational in English is required.
