As a Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in our team at the Augsburg location, you will play a crucial role in this process.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will further develop our global brand strategy in close collaboration with responsible colleagues.
- Through targeted communication measures and campaigns, you will strengthen brand awareness and positioning both externally and internally.
- You will develop a global brand campaign and be responsible for creating campaign-related materials such as advertisements, posters, displays, and stand designs in collaboration with external agencies and service providers.
- You will ensure compliance with corporate design and branding and ensure that the brand is perceived as relevant and distinctive in a changing market environment.
- You will manage and be responsible for a functional area as an account manager, independently planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing measures in accordance with the brand strategy.
What You Bring:
- You have a completed degree in marketing, communication, or a comparable field.
- You bring at least 6 years of professional experience in an international environment in the field of marketing and/or communication, as well as experience in strategic brand management, brand development, and brand planning or digital marketing and social media or product and market analysis (internal financial data and data from Nielsen, Kantar, IQVIA, GfK, or similar institutions).
- You have experience in managing interdisciplinary and international project teams, agencies, and external service providers.
- You are characterized by a self-contained, structured, goal-oriented, and result-oriented way of working.
- You have very good MS-Office skills.
- Whether in German or English - it doesn't matter - you communicate and work in both languages with equal ease and enjoy working in an international team.
