Your Role: Sensory Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our esteemed Sensorial Department. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for food and a keen sense of taste, smell, and texture.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in organizing, planning, and conducting sensory tests to evaluate various aspects of food products, such as taste, aroma, and texture.
  • Prepare sensory samples by following specific instructions, which may involve cooking or baking techniques.
  • Independently verify the accuracy and consistency of test results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate and analyze test findings, contributing to consensus-based reports.
  • Manage the storage of sensory samples until their expiration date, ensuring proper handling and preservation.

Your Profile:

  • A completed training as a lab technician is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Alternatively, individuals with backgrounds in culinary arts, nutrition science, food technology, or sommelier training are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in sensory analysis and food tasting.
  • Possess a high level of dedication, responsibility, and organizational skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications is essential.
  • Fluency in German (at least C1 level) is required.
