Deluxe is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our global Quality Control team as a Theatrical Quality Control Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Digital Cinema packages meet industry quality standards before content is released for delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with our global QC team to ensure that Digital Cinema Packages are DCI compliant.
- Collaborate with distributors worldwide to ensure that theatrical content meets specifications.
- Execute a range of QC tasks, from spot checks to full QCs, to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with our scheduling team and other internal interfaces to meet deadlines at Deluxe Cinema facilities.
- Process orders using Deluxe's proprietary systems to document completed orders and quality acceptances.
- Assist in the training of internal and external QC personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including screenings with customers.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of film post-production and related technologies.
- Excellent language skills in English and German.
- Ability to work in shifts, including at night.
- High level of detail orientation and ability to concentrate and focus over a longer period of time.
- Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions and proactively initiate solutions to problems.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
