Quality Control Specialist

GULP – experts united is seeking a dedicated and experienced Laboratory Technician to join our growing team in the dynamic pharmaceutical industry.

As a key member of our quality control department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product integrity. Your responsibilities will encompass meticulous inspection procedures, defect analysis, and comprehensive documentation, all while adhering to stringent GMP guidelines.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct independent quality inspections on incoming packaging materials and medical devices using established protocols (FBL, DIN) and specialized equipment such as electronic text and object recognition systems, push-pull machines, profile projectors, and other relevant instruments.
  • Perform visual examinations, evaluate defects, and classify them according to FBL AQL standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Actively participate in the self-organization of the laboratory environment.
Your Profile
  • Possess a completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician, CTA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate several years of proven experience in quality control within a pharmaceutical setting.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of GMP requirements and possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in handling measuring instruments and MS Office applications.
  • Display exceptional color recognition and differentiation abilities.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and spoken German and have basic English language skills.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrate a high level of quality awareness, and maintain a meticulous and independent work ethic.
  • Exhibit strong reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to cooperate.
  • Effectively manage multiple processes with precision, even under time constraints.
