Ihre Aufgaben- Überwachung der Einhaltung des US-Exportrechts, einschließlich der Klärung von Genehmigungsanfragen
- Einreichung von Anträgen bei den US-Behörden und Unterstützung der Kollegen bei der Klassifizierung von Waren
- Beratung der Fachabteilungen und Übernahme der Kommunikation mit relevanten Stellen
- Schulung von Mitarbeitern im Bereich US-Exportrecht und Optimierung interner Prozesse
- Erstellung von Berichten und Ad-hoc-Analysen für die Unternehmensführung
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Bereich US-Exportrecht
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Exportkontrolle sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP MM
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
