Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Agent to join our team in Bremen. As an Operations Support Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our export logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review export documentation and manifests to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process and report on blocked shipments, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing delays.
- Enter and manage shipment data using our EDI system, scanning and verifying freight documents.
- Verify and transmit data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Scan and verify freight documents.
- Process and manage large customer data.
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or a related field (speditionskaufmännische Ausbildung wünschenswert).
- Excellent English language skills.
- Knowledge of customs regulations (Im- & Export).
- Desirable: knowledge of hazardous materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings.
- Fluent German language skills required.
