Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your sales scope in the aerospace, automotive, rail, and energy segments, working closely with equipment manufacturers and maintenance, repairs, and operations (MRO) companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze your territory using CRM tools, QlikSense, competitive intelligence, and market knowledge to identify new customer opportunities.
- Prospect and identify new customer opportunities, leveraging your technical and commercial expertise.
- Develop and present technical solutions to customers, working closely with our technical and marketing services teams.
- Negotiate and conclude contracts with customers, ensuring alignment with our pricing policy.
- Analyze sales data and propose business initiatives to drive growth and achieve defined objectives.
- Guarantee the quality of information delivered by you in our business and reporting tools.
Requirements
- Coming from a technical and/or commercial higher education, with a minimum of years of experience in a commercial position, ideally in the chemical, aeronautical, or automotive sector.
- Proven skills as a negotiator and developer, with a global vision of the sector and the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Excellent relational intelligence and technical curiosity, with a strong ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in German and English is imperative; proficiency in French is a plus.
