Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your sales scope in the aerospace, automotive, rail, and energy segments, working closely with our internal teams in Development, Channel, Marketing, and R&D.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze your territory using CRM, QlikSense, and competitive intelligence tools to identify new customer opportunities and strengthen existing activities.
- Prospect and identify new customer opportunities, and develop good technical and commercial proposals for tenders and other business initiatives.
- Negotiate and conclude contracts with the approval of your supervisor, and guarantee the quality of the information delivered by you in Business and reporting tools.
- Work closely with all internal teams to develop business initiatives and achieve defined objectives.
- Perform product testing at customers, as required, and analyze sales data to propose business initiatives.
- Coming from a technical and/or commercial higher education, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Commercial position, ideally in the chemical, aeronautical, or automotive sector.
- Real skills as a negotiator and developer, with a global vision of the sector and the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Relational intelligence and technical curiosity, with an excellent international culture acquired through multicultural experiences.
- Proficiency in German and English is imperative; proficiency in French is a plus.
