Offshore Wind Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Wind Project Manager to join our team at Omexom Renewable Energies Offshore GmbH. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the technical planning and implementation of offshore wind projects. Your tasks will include participation in the development, planning, and implementation of offshore wind projects, technical work package management, scheduling, budget control, and interdisciplinary coordination of the team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement offshore wind projects from concept to completion
  • Manage technical work packages, including contract negotiations and execution of wind turbine supply contracts
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Participate in the identification and management of technical risks, issues, and impacts
Your Profile
  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, wind energy technology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong technical knowledge of large electrical and mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
