Your Role as a Floral Sales Associate

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Floral Sales Associate to join our team as a Springer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work at various locations within Nordrhein-Westfalen, supporting different teams and contributing to the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by guiding and inspiring customers in selecting their desired products, including floral arrangements, plants, and gifts.
  • Engage actively in sales consultations, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for flowers and plants to create memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Create stunning bouquets according to the BLUME concept after completing an internal workshop, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized product display, ensuring that our merchandise is presented in its best light.
  • Assist with cash reconciliation procedures, contributing to the smooth operation of our stores.
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • A completed training in retail or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in floristry or a creative environment, demonstrating your passion for flowers and plants.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, ensuring efficient and effective interactions.
