Als Manager Deal Advisory Data Analytics (w/m/d) wirst Du Teil eines dynamischen Teams von Data-Experts, welches innovative und datengesteuerte Analysen für unsere Kund:innen im Transaktionsumfeld durchführt. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit erfahrenen Deal Advisory Spezialist:innen und Mandant:innen zusammen und hast die Möglichkeit, an verschiedenen Projekten und Herausforderungen mitzuwirken.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du setzt Deine Business- und Technologie-Expertise souverän im Transaktionsumfeld bei nationalen und internationalen M&A Transaktionen ein, wo Du komplexe Daten aufbereitest, modellierst, analysierst und visualisierst.
  • Zudem berätst Du Private Equity Funds und Unternehmen bei anspruchsvollen Buy- und Sell-Side Transaktionen sowie bei der laufenden Geschäftsoptimierung ihrer Tochterunternehmen.
  • Du setzt Deine Kreativität für ein überzeugendes Storytelling anhand von von Dir gewählter Datenquellen und Analysen unmittelbar bei Mandant:innen ein.
  • Du entwickelst analytische Verfahren, um komplexe Geschäftsaspekte anhand ihrer Werttreiber im unmittelbaren Projektbezug zu modellieren.
  • Außerdem entwickelst Du selbständig neue Big-Data Lösungen, um datengetrieben Insights und Wertschöpfungspotenziale zu identifizieren.
  • Du übernimmst die Projekt- und Teamleitung und darüber hinaus fungierst Du als Ansprechperson für die Kund:innen und verantwortest die Akquise.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik, Statistik, Data Science, Mathematik oder einen vergleichbaren Studienabschluss.
  • Außerdem bringst Du mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Transaction Services, Valuation, M&A, Strategy oder Restructuring als Data Analyst / Data Scientist mit.
  • Du kannst exzellent mit mehreren Tools des Data Analytics Toolkits umgehen, insbesondere PowerQuery, Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, Python und SQL.
  • Erfahrungen mit Machine Learning und Cloud Umgebungen (Azure) sind von Vorteil.
  • Du hast Projektleitungs- und Führungserfahrung in gemischten Business und Technology Teams.
  • Du bist reisebereit und flexibel.
  • Zudem hast Du verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
