Unser Fokus liegt auf der Schaffung von komplexen Software-Interfaces und kreativen, hochwertigen Webseiten. Unser UX-Team besteht aus 12 talentierten Fachleuten mit vielfältigen Interessen, von leidenschaftlichen Lesern bis hin zu Outdoor-Enthusiasten. Deine Aufgaben:Deine Rolle:
Für die Position als Leiter:in UX/UI suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die tiefes Fachwissen im UX-Design mit strategischem Denken und Führungsqualitäten kombiniert. Du bringst Leidenschaft für UX-Design mit und beherrschst alle Aspekte, von Customer Journeys über Informationsarchitektur bis hin zu Barrierefreiheit.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
Die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des UX/UI-Design-Teams, einschließlich regelmäßiger Design-Reviews und Feedbackgespräche zur Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder.Die fachliche Führung und Beratung in Presales-Situationen sowie Pitches, um überzeugende Lösungsideen für potenzielle Neukunden zu entwickeln.Die Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen den Abteilungen und deinem Team, um eigenständig Potenziale zur Prozessverbesserung zu identifizieren.Die Überwachung der Team-Performance und die Koordination der Projektarbeit.Die Verantwortung für Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und die Qualität der Projekte.Du bringst mit:Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung eines vergleichbaren Teams.Erfahrungen im Agenturumfeld sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.Teamführung auf Augenhöhe ist für dich von großer Bedeutung.Langjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 8 Jahre) im UX-Design in verschiedenen digitalen Projekten.Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.Starke Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Design- und UX-Programmen (z.B. Figma) sowie der Google Suite.Ein leidenschaftliches Interesse für UX-Themen und aktuelle Markttrends.Deine Vorteile:
