About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Sales Manager to lead our Central Europe team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales vision and strategy for the Clinical vertical in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual operating plan targets
  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the diagnostic market
  • Proven track record of delivering results through leadership and team development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English and local language
  • Ability to travel extensively (minimum 50% travel)
