About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Consultant to join our team at Mazars GmbH & Co. KG. As a Senior Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for leading business process optimization projects for national and international companies in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business process optimization projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide expert advice on accounting and reporting matters to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading business process optimization projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in German and English
