Work alongside your team in the Deal Advisory / Transaction Advisory sector to assist our national and international clients in the Financial Services domain with the acquisition and divestiture of companies or business units. Your Responsibilities

- Engage in a wide array of projects and topics for national and global banks, financial service providers, and private equity investors.
- As a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) in Financial Services - Transaction Advisory (Separation/Integration), you will advise buyers and sellers on the optimal planning, structuring, and execution of their often international transaction initiatives.
- Support our clients particularly in the transaction environment during carve-outs and integrations, from target vision development to implementation.
- Assist in identifying operational and procedural opportunities and risks associated with a transaction, with a strong focus on achieving long-term corporate objectives and value creation.
- Actively contribute to shaping the transaction process within the framework of Commercial & Operational Due Diligence, leading up to the forthcoming integration or separation.
- Participate in preparing analyses and drafting transaction documents as well as presentations for top management.
- In close collaboration with your clients, you will understand project requirements, develop concepts, and oversee implementation as an integral part of the team.
- Take on responsibility quickly within your project work and receive trusted support in your career development.
- You will be a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) in Financial Services - Transaction Advisory (Separation/Integration) with an above-average degree in any field.
- You have accumulated at least two years of professional experience, for instance, in management consulting, auditing, corporate finance advisory, investment banking, or in business and corporate development.
- You have gained initial experience in the Financial Services sector and in project management.
- You possess expertise in the economic analysis of business plans and corporate structures.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills in both German and English are among your strengths.
- You enjoy working independently but value a strong team culture.
