About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Business Process Manager to join our team at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA. As a key member of our Business Process Management department, you will be responsible for the support and further development of SAP process activities for the Corn Europe business unit.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, plan, implement, and control SAP business processes in the Corn Europe business unit.
  • Lead SAP projects within the business unit, including S4 Hana implementation and introduction of IBP.
  • Act as SAP Process Owner for the PP/IBP modules in SAP R/3 and S/4.
  • Conduct continuous gap analysis to identify the need for system adjustments, extensions, and training.
  • Prepare and execute training for end users or regional key users.
  • Develop and implement the Regional Key User concept within the business unit.
  • Coordinate and drive cross-functional SAP process topics within the KWS organization.
  • Organize, coordinate, and partially execute user support in sales and logistics in operational and project environments.

Your Profile:

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics with an IT background, or a comparable qualification.
  • Knowledge of SAP, especially in the PP/IBP modules and SAP process modeling, with some professional experience in the above-mentioned or related areas.
  • High willingness to learn and enthusiasm for new, complex topics in the context of SAP R/3 and S/4.
  • Responsibility and ownership regarding the projects and topics being worked on.
  • Project management skills across regional and cultural boundaries, ideally with experience working in complex structures and in an international context.
  • Very good English skills (both written and spoken) are required; German is an advantage.
