SAP Business Process Manager for Corn Europe

As a Business Process Manager SAP PP/IBP for KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, you will be responsible for the support and further development of SAP process activities for the Corn Europe business unit. This exciting and varied position is available on a permanent and full-time basis.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, plan, implement, and control SAP business processes in the Business Unit (BU) Corn Europe.
  • Lead SAP projects within the BU, e.g., S4 Hana implementation, introduction of IBP.
  • Act as SAP Process Owner - especially for the PP/IBP modules in SAP R/3 and S/4.
  • Perform continuous gap analysis to determine the need for system adjustments, extensions, and training.
  • Prepare and execute training for end users or regional key users.
  • Further develop the Regional Key User concept within the Business Unit.
  • Coordinate and drive cross-functional SAP process topics within the KWS organization.
  • Organize, coordinate, and partially execute user support in sales and logistics in operational and project environments.

Your Profile:

  • Completed degree (B.A or M.Sc) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics with an IT background, or a comparable qualification.
  • Knowledge of SAP, especially in the PP/IBP modules and SAP process modeling - some professional experience in the above-mentioned or related areas would be desirable.
  • High willingness to learn and enthusiasm for new, complex topics in the context of SAP R/3 and S/4.
  • Responsibility and ownership regarding the projects and topics being worked on.
  • Project management skills across regional and cultural boundaries - ideally experience working in complex structures and in an international context.
  • Very good English skills (both written and spoken) are required; German is an advantage.
