Process Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Manager to join our team at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across our global breeding stations network.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Execute Improvement Projects: Develop and execute Lean Management and Six Sigma improvement projects to enhance organizational performance and drive sustainable results.
- Identify Improvement Opportunities: Identify areas for improvement across various internal customer groups and prioritize optimization measures using state-of-the-art process improvement tools.
- Align with R&D Process Landscape: Ensure alignment with the overall R&D process landscape and support the function to adapt the active usage of process life-cycle management.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators: Develop compelling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for global administrative functions and ensure effective process management through data-driven metrics.
- Implement Internal Controls: Implement internal controls to manage risks and safeguard global business continuity within the organization.
- Master's Degree: Successful completion of a master's degree in engineering, economics, or related fields.
- Relevant Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in an Operational or Transactional function.
- Lean Management Expertise: Applied expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and lead improvement projects.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in dealing with difficult situations and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Certifications: LEAN SIX SIGMA certification (green belt or higher) and proven experience with Value Stream Mapping and other Lean Management/Continuous Improvement tools.
