Global Account Manager - Europe

DACH Region

Operating from Germany

GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Spearhead and implement Global Account Strategies for key clients within the EMEA region, aimed at achieving and surpassing financial targets set by the Director of Global Accounts EMEA. Focus on engaging with Global clients to cultivate business from both new ventures and established accounts. Forge and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide and support the Regional Specialists Team within the account to develop tailored selling strategies for the EMEA market Construct comprehensive profiles for all current and prospective clients Establish connections with key influencers in the industry and related sectors Formulate selling strategies to attract new accounts and foster relationships Ensure the creation of new opportunities within the SFDC platform Collaborate with other HM sales teams when necessary Surpass financial objectives by securing new business with Global and Regional Account clients Utilize HMGA EMEA connections to drive success Inspire the Regional Specialist Sales team to achieve local victories Provide insights to HM based on field experiences Deliver timely and precise management reports to the Director of Global Accounts - EMEA Maintain regular communication with HM dealers and sales personnel across various global time zones Assist in crafting compelling and intricate commercial proposals Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to meet business goals.

Education/Experience

Proficient and well-versed in technology

Quick learner with the ability to assimilate information efficiently

Capable of receiving feedback and presenting outcomes to the organization

Exceptional strategic selling capabilities

Strong presentation skills

Excellent commercial insight
