Deine Aufgaben
  • Vertretung des Unternehmens und der Kunden im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Durchführung aller dem Passenger Service zugeordneten Aufgaben in hoher Qualität und unter Einhaltung der geltenden Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Check-In von Passagieren und Gepäck in den Abfertigungssystemen der Airlines
  • Prüfung und Bereithaltung von Abfertigungsmaterialien
  • Kontrolle der notwendigen Einreisedokumente unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben
  • Handling von besonderen Anforderungen, wie unbegleiteten Minderjährigen und Tieren
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Flügen
  • Durchführung von Boarding und De-Boarding
  • Übernahme zusätzlicher Serviceaufgaben
  • Verantwortung für Ordnung und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz
  • Dokumentation von Unregelmäßigkeiten
  • Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen
  • Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben gemäß Vorgabe der Vorgesetzten


Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise im Luftverkehr oder vergleichbarer Bildungsstand
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Office-Anwendungen
  • Service-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Freundliches Auftreten und gepflegtes Äußeres
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wechseldiensten
