Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician Manager to lead our team of technicians in delivering exceptional service quality and customer experience. As a key member of our Cloud Operations & Innovation team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance, coaching, and training to our technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians in delivering data center services, ensuring high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to technicians on procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance technician skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
  • Experience directing, supervising, or managing others.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
  • Experience working in a production, mission-critical 24x7x365 data center environment.
  • Applicable certifications: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation, ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC), Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Six Sigma Green Belt.
