Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Transition Manager to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day transition of data center operations, ensuring seamless handovers between teams and stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the transition of data center operations, including the handover of assets, services, and responsibilities between teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement transition plans, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and project management, to ensure that all aspects of the transition are properly coordinated.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during the transition process.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on the progress of the transition.
- 5+ years of experience in data center operations, transition management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
