As the Manager of People Technology, you will take the lead in advancing technological solutions within Workday, focusing on the core aspects of people processes and services. This role encompasses ownership of Workday HCM and Compensation functionalities, including reporting capabilities in these areas. Your primary objective will be to drive the configuration, development, and enhancement of Workday's essential features and automation processes.

In this position, you will ensure the comprehensive delivery of Workday development and maintenance, aligning with the strategic goals of People Technology and Wolt. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our people processes evolve alongside the organization’s growth, maximizing the potential of our Workday system.

Your responsibilities will involve cross-functional collaboration, leading projects, and ensuring the effective implementation of solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction.

Currently, Wolt is engaged in a significant Workday redeployment alongside DoorDash, integrating Workday into the unified organization of Wolt and DoorDash. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee your designated area within the Workday team, concentrating on the functional capabilities of Workday.
  • Lead and participate in digital transformation and automation projects to improve the efficiency and scalability of people processes.
  • Manage development sprints and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development of HR reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships and drive comprehensive solutions.
  • Take ownership of your functional areas within our strategic roadmap.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various locations in a diverse team environment.

Our Expectations:

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience with Workday in HR functionalities, particularly in HCM and Compensation.
  • Familiarity with Workday Benefits and Extend is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of core people processes and user-centric design principles.
  • Proficient in HR reporting and analytics, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset and demonstrated initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing requirements and prioritizing projects effectively.
  • Previous experience in project leadership roles utilizing various project methodologies.
  • High self-leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
