In this position, you will ensure the comprehensive delivery of Workday development and maintenance, aligning with the strategic goals of People Technology and Wolt. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our people processes evolve alongside the organization’s growth, maximizing the potential of our Workday system.
Your responsibilities will involve cross-functional collaboration, leading projects, and ensuring the effective implementation of solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction.
Currently, Wolt is engaged in a significant Workday redeployment alongside DoorDash, integrating Workday into the unified organization of Wolt and DoorDash. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee your designated area within the Workday team, concentrating on the functional capabilities of Workday.
- Lead and participate in digital transformation and automation projects to improve the efficiency and scalability of people processes.
- Manage development sprints and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
- Contribute to the development of HR reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships and drive comprehensive solutions.
- Take ownership of your functional areas within our strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various locations in a diverse team environment.
Our Expectations:
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience with Workday in HR functionalities, particularly in HCM and Compensation.
- Familiarity with Workday Benefits and Extend is a plus.
- Strong grasp of core people processes and user-centric design principles.
- Proficient in HR reporting and analytics, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and demonstrated initiative.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing requirements and prioritizing projects effectively.
- Previous experience in project leadership roles utilizing various project methodologies.
- High self-leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
