About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Mothership Talents GmbH. As a key member of our Talent Representation unit, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and retaining top content creators in the sports, esports, and gaming industry.

Your primary focus will be on talent identification, recruitment, and development, as well as performance evaluation and employee retention. You will work closely with our management team to develop long-term strategic talent goals and align talent management strategies with corporate objectives.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual with a strong network and administrative skills. You should have a growth mindset, think big, and be a connector and believer. About Mothership Talents GmbH:

We are a leading independent Creator Marketing and Media Agency for Computer Games and Digital Entertainment. Our office is located in Cologne city center, and we are part of the You First Group Madrid. We manage the careers of over 417 basketball players, 463 soccer players, 70 esports talents, and more than 100 talents from other disciplines, with a global reach of over 200 million followers on social media.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Identification: Identify key talents within the sports, esports, and gaming industry, assessing skills, potential, and performance of content creators.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Develop strategies to attract top talents and create development plans for them.
  • Talent Development: Monitor and evaluate talent performance, providing feedback and coaching for performance improvement.
  • Employee Retention: Implement measures to retain talents and identify factors influencing talent engagement.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to develop long-term strategic talent goals and align talent management strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain communication and collaboration between talents and leaders, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Success Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure success in talent management, analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization, ensuring that talent management practices are fair and inclusive.
Requirements
  • More than 3-4 years of relevant experience in talent representation.
  • Strong networker with a strong network.
  • Administrative skills, organizational skills, event planning, project management skills.
  • Creator brand building experience.
  • Social and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong leadership and hands-on mentality.
