Your Role
- You will independently manage a highly complex international project that deploys state-of-the-art rail electrification technology to help operate railways efficiently and reliably.
- Within the scope of the project, you will lead a large international team and be responsible for commercial success and customer satisfaction.
- You will ensure that the project is completed on time, with an ambitious profitability, and to the required quality.
- You will coordinate all internal organizational units and manage all stakeholders, including higher management of the customer, authorities, national and international consortium partners, and subcontractors.
- You will proactively pursue goals/milestones and ensure an entrepreneurial opportunity and risk management.
- With your excellent communication skills and meaningful reports, you will create transparency for customers as well as our top management.
