Position: Presales Engineer

Location: Remote (Germany)

Compensation: €120,000 (80/20 commission structure, uncapped)

Strive is collaborating with an innovative Security Vendor that is experiencing rapid expansion across the EMEA region. We are seeking a skilled Presales Engineer to contribute to the growth and development of our operations in this area.

About the Company:

  • Leading-edge Security Vendor
  • Achieved 45% revenue growth recently
  • On track for €100 million Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • Consistent 50% Year-over-Year growth
  • High conversion rate of 90% from pilot to full license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Presales Engineer
  • Work remotely from Germany
  • Engage in a compensation structure of €100,000 (80/20 commission, uncapped)
  • Must possess experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security
  • Minimum of 4 years in a Presales role
  • Collaborate with a team of 5 Account Executives
