Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Manager to join our team as a Back Office Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our back office processes, including creating reports, optimizing processes, and managing internal projects. You will also serve as a communication interface for our Leadership Team, providing critical support and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Back Office Communication Interface: Create reports, PowerPoint presentations, and optimize processes to ensure seamless communication with the Leadership Team.
  • Digitalization & Innovation: Support the development and maintenance of our SharePoint Online platform, create and optimize dashboards, and provide expertise in Jira and Confluence.
  • Internal Recruiting: Oversee recruiting channels, support candidate selection, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate applicant management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure effective communication and information flow within the organization, coordinating processes and issues internally.
  • Contract Management: Provide support in tender management, offer preparation, and contract document creation.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Create accurate and meaningful reports and evaluations for management.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or degree in business administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Dynamics365.
  • Sound knowledge of SharePoint Online is desirable.
  • Good understanding of digital solutions and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
