Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape the Future: Contribute to the development of new ideas and improvements for our digitalization processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficient execution.
  • Expand Your Horizons: Assist in the rollout and improvement of our new tool for strategic process alignment, driving user-centric solutions and fostering collaboration.
  • Lead the Way: Directly interact with stakeholders, providing support and guidance as they adapt to new processes, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Lifelong Learning: Create communication materials, discuss changes and improvement ideas with users, and execute migration tasks and tool onboardings, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Teamwork is Dreamwork: Support the team with administrative tasks, such as creating training materials, providing first-level support, co-organizing workshops, and drafting presentations, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Study Field: Pursue your Master's studies in business administration, information technology, electrical engineering, or a related field, applying theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges.
  • Experience: Leverage your relevant work experience in communication, digitalization, consulting, project, or process management to drive innovation and growth.
  • Way of Working: Demonstrate a creative mindset, self-driven approach, and willingness to think outside the box, embracing new concepts and ideas.
  • Skills: Possess excellent visualization and Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, as well as programming skills in languages like Python or TypeScript, and/or design skills in tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Personality: Showcase strong communication and stakeholder management skills, balancing competing interests and priorities.
  • Language Skills: Possess good English skills, both written and spoken, with German being a plus.
