We're now expanding our reach to other leading companies across Europe, and we're looking for a talented Sales Representative to join our Ops team.
Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for collecting all necessary documents for analysis. You will work closely with our BackOffice team to identify missing and required documents, and collaborate with our German Sales and Risk team to generate warm leads and smoothly transition them into the closing pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the types of documents used in our work, such as BWAs and SuSAs, and become familiar with account statements from various financial institutions.
- Work with our BackOffice team to identify missing and required documents.
- Collaborate with our German Sales and Risk team to generate warm leads and smoothly transition them into the closing pipeline.
- Establish immediate contact with customers via phone and email to build successful relationships and collect missing information.
- Follow and execute all assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- Customer-oriented thinking with a keen eye for details.
- Understanding of CRM (Hubspot is a plus) and financial documents.

- Native German speaker. Professional-level English.
- A customer-oriented person with strong communication and persuasion skills, able to convince and inspire people.
- A dynamic person accustomed to working independently in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organizational talent.
- Previous experience with a CRM or VoIP tool.
