In der globalen Finanzabteilung von ARLANXEO ist die Position des Finance und Accounting Managers von zentraler Bedeutung. Diese Rolle berichtet direkt an den CFO des Landes und fungiert als Hauptansprechpartner für alle finanzbezogenen Themen innerhalb des Unternehmens.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Leitung und Koordination der Buchhaltungs- und Berichterstattungsprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global Accounting Shared Service Center (IFRS, HGB, Steuern)
  • Monatliche Analyse der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sowie der Bilanz zur Sicherstellung einer präzisen Finanzberichterstattung
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften für Abschlüsse und Finanzberichte (insbesondere HGB)
  • Vorbereitung und Einreichung von Meldungen an relevante Behörden
  • Berechnung der lokalen Steuern und Erstellung aller erforderlichen Steuerberichte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Beratern und dem Corporate Tax Team
  • Erstellung von Finanzberichten (KPI) für das Management und andere Stakeholder
  • Beratung zu Compliance-Anforderungen in der Finanzberichterstattung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zu finanziellen Themen (z.B. Verträge, ad-hoc Anfragen)
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des internen Kontrollrahmens von ARLANXEO
  • Überwachung der liquiden Mittel und Prognose der finanziellen Situation des Unternehmens
  • Koordination von externen und internen Audits
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Prozessen im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen

Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mindestens 5-6 Jahre Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise im verarbeitenden Gewerbe
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung mit SAP (S4 Hana und SAP BPC von Vorteil)
  • Fähigkeit, in einem multikulturellen und dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Kenntnisse der deutschen Steuergesetzgebung sind von Vorteil
  • Vertrautheit mit HGB und IFRS
  • Starke analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
  • Teamorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
