Our renowned brands, including E. L. T, SWING, and Waldhausen, are well-regarded in the equestrian sports community throughout Europe. With an extensive range of products sourced globally and distributed to over 70 countries, we are committed to providing the best to our clientele. To enhance our finance department, we are seeking a Head of Finance and Accounting (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities:
  • Streamlining and advancing financial processes and systems
  • Managing liquidity planning and overseeing accounts receivable
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
  • Preparing sales tax submissions and providing support during tax audits
  • Overseeing accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payment transactions, and account reconciliations
  • Ensuring accurate recording and posting of all financial transactions (bank, credit cards, cash, travel expenses, etc.)
  • Leading a team of five finance professionals
  • Serving as the primary contact for tax authorities, auditors, tax advisors, and banking institutions
  • Collaborating directly with senior management
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in financial accounting or within a tax consultancy
  • Completed commercial training with further education in business administration, accounting, financial management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent command of German and good proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and diligent work ethic
  • High numerical affinity, dedication, and adaptability
