Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Specialist to join our team at Personalbüro U. Herrmann. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of our 5G mobile network, ensuring seamless communication with landlords and municipalities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Validation: Collaborate with internal departments to validate sites and ensure a smooth deployment process.
  • Site Planning: Coordinate site visits with landlords and municipalities to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Training and Development: Train new hires on Field Services procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Site Inspections: Plan and coordinate site inspections with landlords, municipalities, and partner construction companies to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Routing Optimization: Plan the most efficient routing to save time and costs, ensuring maximum productivity.
  • Site Execution: Execute site visits, including on-site photos, access inspections, and evaluation of access for trucks and cranes, accompanied by thorough documentation.
  • Customer Communication: Meet with landlords and municipalities to address site acquisition process-related questions and provide exceptional customer service.
  • BTB Execution: Execute BTB's and meet with all involved parties on-site to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Native-level German, both oral and written, with fluency in English.
  • Previous Experience: Previous B2B sales experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with highly developed negotiation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using various channels to communicate with clients, particularly over the phone, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Minimum high school qualification, with a college degree considered an advantage.
  • Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision and in a timely manner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Travel: Valid driving license and ability and willingness to travel.
